Behavioral: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy adapted for Cystic Fibrosis (ACT with CF)|Behavioral: Supportive Psychotherapy (Treatment as Usual Control)

Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire 7 (GAD-7)|Patient Health Questionnaire 9 (PHQ-9)|Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI)|Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II)|FEV1/ FVC ratio|Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire (CFQ13)|Acceptance and Action Questionnaire (AAQ-II)|Self-Reported Medication Adherence Questionnaire|Participant re-hospitalization and unscheduled office visits secondary to CF exacerbation's.|Scheduled CF clinic visits.|Body Mass Index (BMI)|Patient rated outcomes measures (PRO) Questionnaire.
