Participants

14 participants with CF, age range 12 - 29 years, mean age 15.9 years, chronic infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Interventions

PEP compared to conventional physiotherapy, 4 days

Outcome measures

FVC, FEV1, RV, FRC, TLC, PF, bacteriology (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcal aureus, E. coli)
